Booking Multiple Rooms

• Up to (5) sleeping rooms can be booked using this reservation system.

• If you plan to book multiple rooms, please book the rooms with the actual names of the attendees who will utilize the sleeping rooms. People often put placeholder names in and then forget to change them or cancel them. If a room is booked and not cancelled by the hotel cut-off date of February 12, 2026, the full charge for the sleeping room will be posted to the credit card on file. Name changes can be accommodated until March 6, 2026.
• Everyone who books a hotel room MUST also be registered for the convention.
