Program Timeline: June – December

About the Program

The NCA Mentorship Program is designed to foster professional growth and meaningful connections within the coffee industry.

Application period: April 1–30, 2026

Our Goals

  • Provide structured guidance, developed with mentorship experts, through regular one-on-one mentorship sessions
  • Equip participants with onboarding support and educational resources for a successful experience
  • Build a collaborative community that encourages mutual learning and long-term networking

Program Structure

  • Duration: 6-month program (June through December)
  • Format: One-on-one mentorship pairings
  • Commitment: Meet at least once per month
  • Participants: Experienced coffee industry professionals and emerging professionals

Eligibility

  • NCA Membership Required: Only current NCA members are eligible to participate
  • Open to both mentors (industry veterans) and mentees (emerging professionals)
  • Commitment to active participation throughout the 6-month program
