The National Coffee Association (“the Association”) may partner with other entities, including but not limited to, paid or in-kind sponsorship, exhibition, content collaboration, advertising, co-branding, or co-marketing. The Association retains sole discretion in determining the entities with whom it wishes to partner. The Association may enter, decline, withdraw from, or suspend any partnership for any reason, or no reason at all, at any time, including during the course of a partnership.
