How can I access presentations and photos from the NCA Convention?
On March 18, we will email all attendees with Convention follow-up materials including a link to the Convention photo gallery, and directions to access available presentations.
How do I get my badge?
Pick Up Your Badge at the Registration Desk on Thursday, March 6, from 9:30 am – 6:30 pm.
For late arrivals, Registration will also be open Friday, March 7 from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Where should I stay?
The 2025 NCA Convention will be held at the luxurious Marriott Marquis Houston in Houston, Texas and attendees are eligible for a discounted rate. Please note that availability is limited, so book early.
What should I bring?
Extra business cards!
The NCA Convention is a business casual event. Keep in mind you'll be moving around between meetings and sessions - we recommend comfortable shoes and layers to accommodate conference room climate control.
NCA Day of Service volunteers are encouraged to wear casual clothes and will need to wear flat, closed-toed shoes.
If this is your first NCA Convention, we encourage you to join us at the Thursday afternoon Orientation for New Members, First Timers, and Non-Members.
What are the registration rates?
The current Early Bird rates are significantly discounted at $999 for members and $1,550 for non-members. Learn more about registration pricing and details.

How do I register for ticketed events?
A few specific events at the NCA Annual Convention, such as the Coffee Gives Back “Day of Service" and the IWCA Breakfast, are ticketed, requiring pre-registration.
If you didn't add these ticketed events to your initial registration, you can return to the registration form, click "Next", select the item(s) you want to add, and then proceed to the shopping cart to check out.
When does the Early Bird Rate for the NCA 2025 Convention expire?
The Early Bird Rate expires on November 21, 2024.
Please note that registration rates increase on November 22, 2024, and again the week of the event. Learn more about registration and pricing.
Do you offer a one-day pass?
Considering the format of the Annual Convention, we do not offer a one-day pass to attend a select day of the Convention.
How do I download an attendee list?
In an effort to protect our attendees from third-party companies, the attendee list is only available to registered attendees. Once registered, you can access the attendee list here after logging into the account you used to register for the Convention.
Who attends the NCA Convention?
The NCA Annual Convention continues to outshine other industry events by providing the highest level of networking. 86% of prior Convention attendees
were presidents/chief executive officers, vice presidents,
directors, or managers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by the end of business Thursday, January 23, 2025, to qualify for a refund. A $150 administration fee will be deducted. Replacements are always welcome. What if I have a food allergy or other medical concerns?
Please note your allergy in your registration. If you missed this initially, you can return to the process and amend your registration. You can also contact the friendly NCA staff and we would be happy to help!
What health policies are in place?
Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. NCA is committed to following all current CDC guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as state, local, and corporate (hotel) requirements to be mindful of the safety of attendees, partners, guests, and staff.
