A limited-access registration is also available for an attendee's spouse/significant other at $650. Those who conduct business related to the coffee industry do not qualify.

* Individuals who register at the member rate and have not renewed their membership by January 31, 2027, will be invoiced for the balance.

What's included with my registration?

Registered attendees have access to educational breakout sessions, workshops, tabletop exhibitor area, Networking Kickstarts, Welcome Session and NCDT Preview, Welcome Reception, General Sessions, NCA Awards Luncheon, Closing Reception, Farewell Networking Lunch, networking breakfasts and coffee breaks, and the Java Lounge. Spouse/Significant Other registration includes access ONLY to receptions. Does NOT include access to sessions, workshops, or NCA Awards Luncheon. Spouse/Significant Other registration is not available to those who conduct business related to the coffee industry.

Meals and Entertainment

Registered attendees also receive two continental breakfasts, two lunches, two dinner buffets with open bar and live entertainment, coffee service, and refreshments (included in programs listed above).
