Cheryl’s career in market research began in a small boutique firm coding verbatims. She was quickly exposed to a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, providing her with opportunities to help clients solve their business issues with innovative approaches to analyze consumer behavior. Over the last several years, Cheryl has led the analysis on the National Coffee Association and Coffee Association of Canada's annual beverage tracking studies.


Megan Rankin, Senior Manager of Insights, Dig Insights

Megan helps clients across a range of industries make actionable, data-backed business decisions. With a focus on quantitative methodologies, she enjoys using her analytical and creative mind to uncover insights that help clients navigate competitive environments and inform strategy. She has worked on the analysis of annual beverage tracking studies for both the National Coffee Association and Coffee Association of Canada while at Dig – and is an avid coffee consumer herself!
