COFFEE REPORTER NEWS: Caffeine May Protect Brain Against Stress and Bad Diet

Scientists have extended the understanding of caffeine’s well-established effect of alleviating cognitive impairment. Researchers in Jordan zeroed in on two known contributing factors for impaired learning and memory – chronic psychosocial stress and a high-fact sugar-laden so-called “Western Diet” (WD). Their conclusion was that caffeine yields a measurable protective effect against impairment specifically caused by these factors.
