Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by end of business Friday February 8, 2013 to qualify for a refund. A $150 administration fee will be deducted. Replacements are always welcome.

Spouse/Significant Other registration grants access to all receptions and the Farewell Celebration.
Entry to educational sessions is NOT included in the Spouse/Significant Other registration.
