This year, NCA is prefacing its Convention programming with a new pre-conference Symposium – Coffee at the Crossroads of Law and Science. In a year when the industry is being buffeted by regulatory and legal threats that hinge on technical, scientific factors, NCA is introducing a half-day educational Symposium dedicated to exploring the legal and scientific bases of these threats.
Prominent industry scientists and attorneys will share their specialized expertise and attack the new challenges from all sides. Distinct to this Symposium, the experts will also compare, contrast and integrate their knowledge to yield cross-disciplinary insight and perspective. Presenters will deliver indispensable information for industry members struggling to protect their businesses against the new breed of science-based regulatory and legal challenges.
