COFFEE REPORTER NEWS: Study Boosts Evidence that Coffee Reduces Diabetes Risk

A recent review study confirmed wide-ranging scientific evidence that coffee reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Integrating data from multiple studies encompassing over a million individuals, Xiubo Jiang and team concluded that coffee appears to reduce risk by about one-third on average, increasing proportionately with the quantity consumed. The risk reduction amounts to about 12% for every two cups of coffee per day. (more)
