Coffee Industry Networking

NCA Convention Networking Opportunities

Connect with the coffee community.

Once a year, leaders and executives from across the country gather at the NCA Convention to talk coffee. It’s the most effective way to meet decision makers face-to-face.

Who attends NCA Convention?

NCA Convention Attendee Profile

Whether you're new to the industry or  looking to expand your network, are a few ways you can make the most out of your time at Convention:

The Convention App

Not only can you see who will be in New Orleans, but the NCA Convention app lets you  privately (and securely) reach out to attendees to introduce yourself or set up a meeting.

Events & Entertainment

Business doesn't have to be boring! There's no better way to connect with someone new than over delicious food, top-shelf drinks, and live entertainment. Just remember to bring your business cards (and your Convention badge).

Exhibit Hall Lunch

Take a break in the middle of a busy day to refuel and reconnect - while getting to know your fellow attendees. (Looking for an icebreaker? Ask what they thought about the morning's keynote speaker.)

The Delegate Buffet Luncheon will be served on Friday, March 16, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm. All Convention attendees are welcome.

Have a moment to spare? Walking the exhibit floor is a great opportunity to discover new ideas and make helpful connections with industry veterans. (See the full list of 2018 exhibitors here.)

NCA Next Generation

Are you a young professional passionate about the coffee industry?

The NCA Next Generation is a new NCA initiative to support future industry leaders. Get to know your peers and find out how you can get involved in the industry. To learn more, check out the NCA Next Gen breakout session on Thursday, March 15 at 9 a.m.

Breakout Sessions

Don't miss your chance to learn about key issues from top industry executives. Since these targeted educational sessions are smaller, there will be more opportunities to connect with colleagues that share your interests.

Social Media

Use the hashtag #NCA18 on your posts to make it easy for your followers to find you IRL.
